The current tools are the RAMS generator and COSHH assessment builder. RAMS combines a risk assessment and method statement. COSHH records substance or process exposure, evidence, controls and review arrangements. Each tool must be enabled on your account.

Yes. You can create unlimited documents with the tools included in your active plan or granted access. There is no document credit counter. Uploaded logos and source PDFs have separate storage allowances shown in the workspace.

The RAMS library has 35 job starters across electrical, plumbing, heating, roofing, rendering, EWI, plastering, carpentry, decorating, flooring, groundworks and other construction work. COSHH has 36 substance and task starters. All wording is editable and you can save your own presets.

Yes. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP logo in Company details. JobDocs prepares it for your branded PDFs. Your company name, address and contact details are copied into new documents and can be edited for a particular job.

Yes. Duplicate a document into a new draft or save reusable content as a preset. RAMS presets exclude customer and site identities and clear risk ratings when applied. COSHH presets exclude site and exposure identities, conclusions, approvals, attachments and RAMS links so these are reviewed for the new job.

Yes. Create a private link for an issued RAMS or COSHH version and send it by email or WhatsApp. Recipients can download the PDF without a JobDocs account. Set an optional expiry, revoke the link when needed and choose whether to include attached COSHH evidence PDFs. Each link keeps the exact issued version, even when you prepare a later revision.

Yes. Save a COSHH draft, then attach a source PDF up to 5 MB per file. Evidence storage defaults to 25 MB per account, separately from logo storage. The original files remain private and are downloadable from the assessment. Issued versions retain their original evidence.

No. Enter these from the actual product label, current SDS or relevant process evidence. Starters provide editable assessment prompts and control wording. The task, exposure and suitability of the controls are reviewed by the person preparing and approving the assessment.

Yes. Select an owned RAMS document in the COSHH editor. The RAMS view shows related COSHH assessments, and the issued COSHH version records the selected RAMS reference.

Issuing creates a fixed version and a PDF ready to download. You can prepare a revision later without overwriting earlier issued content. Issued versions retain the company logo assigned at issue; COSHH versions also retain their original attachments.

Yes. JobDocs runs in your web browser and the workspace adapts to mobile screens. You can open your documents and use the editors without installing a separate app.

Existing owned documents and source attachments remain readable and downloadable. Creating new documents, editing drafts and uploading new evidence require active access to the relevant tool.
