BRIEFINGS YOUR TEAM CAN USE

Make the briefing useful. Keep a record of what was discussed.

Choose an original topic, adapt it for today’s work and record the conversation with your team. Your toolbox talk, attendance and follow-up actions stay together.

01

Relevant topics for everyday site work.

The library covers working at height, dust, manual handling, electrical safety, public protection, housekeeping, fire, PPE, substances, vehicles, noise, welfare, tools, suspected asbestos, excavations and reporting changes. Each starter includes short briefing content and questions for the group.

02

Turn a topic into a site briefing.

Add the actual work area, supervisor, date and controls. Discuss the arrangements that apply today, check understanding and capture questions or concerns. A starter helps organise the conversation; it does not replace the task assessment, specialist training or site-specific instruction.

03

Record who attended and what happens next.

Enter attendees and the acknowledgement method used. Record discussion, actions, owners and target dates, or clearly state that no further actions were identified. Typed names are a record of your entry, not verified digital signatures.

04

Keep the reviewed briefing available.

Issue a fixed, branded PDF after checking the record. Share that issued version by private link or download it for your records. Later changes can be recorded in a revision while retaining the original version.

A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING

Straightforward answers.

All FAQs
Can I create a risk assessment without a method statement?

Yes. The risk assessment builder creates a standalone assessment with hazards, people at risk, controls and initial and residual ratings. The RAMS generator combines that assessment with a method statement. Complete plans include both tools.

What tools are included in Complete?

Risk assessments, RAMS, COSHH assessments, toolbox talks and H&S forms. Toolbox talks include 16 editable topics, and H&S forms include eight record starters. Documents are unlimited for the tools enabled on your account.

What documents can I create with JobDocs?

The current tools are the RAMS generator and COSHH assessment builder. RAMS combines a risk assessment and method statement. COSHH records substance or process exposure, evidence, controls and review arrangements. Each tool must be enabled on your account.

Are documents unlimited?

Yes. You can create unlimited documents with the tools included in your active plan or granted access. There is no document credit counter. Uploaded logos and source PDFs have separate storage allowances shown in the workspace.
