COSHH starters include PVC solvent weld cement, soldering flux and fume, jointing compound, silicone, descaler and heating system cleaners or inhibitors. Record the exact product, dilution where relevant and how it will be handled. Attach the current SDS, assess exposure and response arrangements, then link the COSHH document to the RAMS.
Save reusable methods for repairs, bathroom work or your usual pipework system. Add the next customer, site, exposure and approval details when you use the preset. Download drafts while preparing the work and issue a branded version once reviewed. A changed method can be recorded as a revision with the earlier version retained.
