When you already know the job, rewriting the same preparation, equipment and working arrangements is a poor use of your time. Choose a trade starter, add the relevant hazards and adapt the wording for your site. Electrical installation, plumbing repairs, bathroom fitting, roofing, rendering, groundworks and carpentry are among the jobs covered.
Record who could be harmed, how harm could occur and the measures needed to control it. Assess initial and residual risk ratings, then set out the work in order. The editor also covers competence, plant and materials, PPE, permits, emergency arrangements, welfare, waste and monitoring. Suggested wording stays editable throughout.
Save a reusable preset for work you carry out regularly. JobDocs keeps the method and useful arrangements while leaving customer names, site identities and dates out of the preset. Risk ratings are cleared when a saved RAMS preset is applied, so the next job gets its own assessment. You can also duplicate an existing document into a new draft.

Yes. You can create unlimited documents with the tools included in your active plan or granted access. There is no document credit counter. Uploaded logos and source PDFs have separate storage allowances shown in the workspace.
The RAMS library has 35 job starters across electrical, plumbing, heating, roofing, rendering, EWI, plastering, carpentry, decorating, flooring, groundworks and other construction work. COSHH has 36 substance and task starters. All wording is editable and you can save your own presets.
